How to Build an Offer That Actually Sells

How to Build an Offer That Actually Sells

If you’ve ever launched an offer and heard crickets... you’re not alone. The problem  usually isn’t your price or your platform. It’s the positioning. In this post, I’ll walk you  through how to create an irresistible offer that turns lurkers into leads — and browsers  into buyers.

The Problem: Most Offers Are Built Backwards

Too many entrepreneurs start with:

• “What can I sell?”

• “What’s trending on IG?”

• “How can I make money fast?”

Instead, start with:

“What is my ideal client struggling with — and how can I solve it better than  anyone else?”

The Solution: Create a Customer-First Offer Stack

Here’s your step-by-step system:

Step 1: Identify the #1 Pain Point

Go beyond vague goals. What’s the real-life frustration?

❌ “They want more clients.”

✅ “They’re tired of getting ghosted in the DMs.”

Use polls, DMs, and client calls to gather voice-of-customer data.

Step 2: Map the Desired Transformation

Where do they want to be in 30, 60, 90 days?

Example: “I want to sign consistent $1K+ clients without spending all day on content.”  Your job? Bridge the gap. ame Your Method or Framework

Give your process a name. People trust systems.

Example: The “DM to Dream Client” Formula

This positions you as a pro with a plan.

Step 4: Stack the Value, Not the Features

Avoid selling “6 calls + Voxer + PDFs.”

Instead, say:

• “Get a clear Instagram plan that brings in warm leads weekly.”  • “No more content guessing — we’ll plan your entire month in 60 minutes.”  Sell the outcome, not the process.

Step 5: Validate Before You Launch

Run a soft launch in stories or email. Use polls like:

• “Would this help you?”

• “Want early access?”

• “Want a spot before it goes public?”

Refine based on feedback. THEN build.

Final Thoughts

A great offer is a clear solution to a painful problem — not just another coaching  package. If your offer hasn’t been converting, it might not need more features… it might  just need clearer positioning.
