Use your energy to guide you through life!
Use your energy to guide you through life!
Let the feeling inside your heart be the compass that moves you through all your decisions and paths.
If you feel pulled towards something, or if it feels “right” let that feeling be your guide, let it be your compass, don’t ignore it!
I don’t know why we don’t just listen to our first instinct feeling with most of our decision making - even me sometimes - I’ll feel so good about something and then I won’t do it! Or the opposite can be true, I’ll feel a negative or heavy or bad feeling in my gut, sometimes it might even feel like I’m gunna be sick to my stomach, or feel a small sense of anxiety towards a specific decision, but I take it anyways.
Why do we do that?
Our mind can be so powerful sometimes but the trick is to be in tune with your feelings and emotions in such a way that the feelings will be stronger than your mind, and over power your thoughts.
Your thoughts are pretty much always going to guide you in the wrong direction.
The decisions you make in life need to come from your heart, then you can use your mind as a tool to plan out how you will execute that decision, but don’t let the mind make the decision!
Only use it as a tool, while being inline with your emotions.
Even while planning, you should feel excited happy content or just a subtle feeling of “right” while doing literally everything in life.
When you feel anxiety depressed sad stressed uneasy bored unmotivated etc, let that feeling be a clue, and use that feeling to understand that something is not aligned with your purpose, and with what truly makes you happy.
So many people ask how are you always so happy, and the answer is because I follow my gut! And when I feel good, or when something feels right, I walk in that direction.
Use your feelings as a compass, trust your gut and intuition, follow your joy, and live the life you want to live. Live the life you deserve! ❤️ .
