The more we encourage our kids to be their truest selves ...
The more we encourage our kids to be their truest selves, to discover new things, to get dirty in the mud, to paint and get it on their clothes & face, to express themselves fully without fear, worry, or being punished - the more they will be able to soar & become their truest selves.
Our words and what we say to our baby is literally painting the reality of their future & how they view the world, so try not to let ur fears & worries seep into their minds.
If they are run , don’t tell them to “be careful” b/c they “might fall.” You might think this is good and safe advice but really all that does is creates an imagine in their mind of them falling.
The more they visualize these types of scenarios, the more that becomes true in their world, & the more often they will fall and get hurt as they grow up (figuratively speaking).
The more fear we give them, the more fear they grow with and the more fear, worry, & self doubt they learn to manifest into their lives.
So many people these days have no idea what their purpose is or what they are even passionate about. So many of us have dreams but zero courage, have desires but don’t believe we can achieve them.
This all starts from what has been instilled in our brain from the first 7 years of life.
If we teach our children to love life without the added fear of getting dirty or hurt attached to it, they will grow to be positive, determined, and passionate individuals.
If we raise them constantly saying they might fall or get hurt or that they “can’t do this” or “can’t do that” or “don’t touch this” and “don’t touch that” ... how do you think they will be when they are older?
So let’s all be mindful, and raise conscious children. Let us be aware of our OWN thoughts & actions so that we can become more aware of what we are teaching them about the world.
What we teach them, is all that they know. So let’s teach them to be be creative, take chances, and explore.
Instead of teaching them that they might fall, let’s paint a world that teaches them that they will fall, but that when they do, they can get back up and do it again, learn from it, and do it even better the next time!
